Special Treasures Along the Fort Point Channel
Tuesday, 20 May, 12:00pm – 1:00pm

Meet at the Hood Milk Bottle, Boston Children’s Museum, for an hour-long walk with TBHA’s Vivien Li along the Fort Point Channel. Tour will include a stop at the Boston-only exhibit of some of the late actor Anthony Quinn’s art in the InterContinental Hotel, as well as a stop at the only publicly-accessible observation deck along the Fort Point Channel for breath-taking views of the waterfront. Boston Harbor Maritime History Cruise

Georges Island Tour and Boat Cruise

Boston Light

Young people ages 14-18 with the dream of being a filmmaker or new media artist are invited to participate in a week long Video Boot Camp, an intensive video, audio, and media art program at the ICA. All equipment provided. Fees: $300; $250 members; free for Boston Public School students; required lab fee of $30.

Great Brewster Island Boat Trip

Join the Friends of the Boston Harbor Islands on a trip aboard the M/V Culebra, a beach landing vessel, to Great Brewster Island, the largest island in Boston's outer harbor. Great Brewster Island offers spectacular views of Boston's Inner Harbor, Massachusetts Bay, and Boston Lighthouse from atop100-foot bluffs. Guided walks available or explore on your own.
