Privacy policy

TBHA is a static editorial website. We designed it to work without visitor accounts, contact forms, advertising trackers, affiliate links, or first-party analytics.

Information collected when the site loads

Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may process ordinary request data needed to deliver and protect the site. That can include an IP address, browser and device details, the page requested, the time of the request, and security signals. TBHA does not use this data to build advertising profiles.

Email

If you email help@tbha.org, your message, address, and any details you include will pass through your email provider and ours. We use that information to read and answer the message, handle site matters, and keep records when reasonably needed. Please do not send sensitive personal information by email.

Cookies, analytics, ads, and forms

TBHA does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. The site has no sign-up form, comment form, checkout, or account system. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security measures when a request needs them. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-site behavioral advertising.

Links to other websites

Our articles link to product makers, public agencies, research, and other useful resources. Those sites set their own privacy and cookie rules. A link from TBHA is not an endorsement of another site's data practices.

Editorial tools and AI assistance

TBHA may use software tools, including AI-assisted tools, to help organize research, shape outlines, edit copy, or create editorial illustrations. Editors choose the sources, review claims, revise the work, and decide what is published. The site does not collect reader submissions for those tools.

Affiliate links

TBHA does not use affiliate links at this time. If that changes, we will update this policy, label compensated links where readers can see them, and explain any related data handling before the new practice begins.

Retention and your choices

We keep email correspondence only as long as it is needed for the reason it was sent, site administration, security, or a legal duty. Hosting and security logs follow the provider's settings and retention rules. You may ask about an email you sent or request its deletion, subject to reasonable security and legal limits.

Children

TBHA is written for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy when the site or its providers change. The effective date at the top will show when the current version took effect.
